OUR STORY Lake Norman Glass and Custom Closets was first thought of in 1986. It wasn't until 1997, that Bob Klinger, President of LNGCC, made that conversation a reality. Approached by a long time friend and previous customer, Bob and his former partner started from the ground up in the Lake Norman area. Supplying shower doors, mirrors, bath accessories, and closet shelving to the after paint market. When the recession in 2008, business may have slowed, but Bob still had a vision. Purchasing the entire business to allow his partner to retire, not only allowed Bob to realize his dream but it fueled him to become bigger and better, while still providing excellent service and product to all of his customers. Bob moved the business to accommodate the retail market for homeowners and has never looked back. Now Lake Norman Glass and Custom Closets services multiple counties and provides superior customer service and products to both Contractors and Home Owners.
