Renovation, Repair & Painting EPA Approved

According to a new EPA regulation, anyone
disturbing more than 6 sq. ft. (Interior) or 20 sq. ft. (Exterior)
of lead paint in a home built before 1978 is required to have a
Certified Renovator on staff and register with the EPA as a
